It seems like every time you check your email you are bombarded by companies offering you access to ‘qualified buyers and sellers.’ When you have a bad day it is tempting to just whip out the old American Express Card and just try to spend your way out of a slump! It never works. Instead woudn’t it be nice to walk in your managers office to map out an effective plan of action?

As a manager that does not compete with his Sales Associates yet is still straight commission, it is in my vested interest to help my Associates refine their business. If they do not sell, I do not get paid.  Our weekly sales meetings we spend a great deal of time on technology and using it to effectively drive your business.
