Riverside has become one of the fastest selling neighborhoods in Princeton. Why? (other than the fact that the author of this article lives there) several reason.
Proximity to downtown Princeton: The closer to town the more your home is worth. Period. Riverside is not only close to town but also within walking distance to Princeton’s largest employer, Princeton University.
Lot Sizes. If you have a house in Riverside that is .50 acres or more it is considered a conforming lot. Meaning, a buyer can buy the existing house and knock it down quite easily.
